How will we use and store your information?

We sometimes need to share your personal information between the tutors, trusted admin staff and the college at which the courses run. If we need to share your information with anyone other than the aforementioned, for example your doctor, we will always ask for your permission first.

All personal information that we collect is stored electronically, nothing is stored on paper. All electronic devices are password protected.

If you have attended an event, we hold your information for as long as deemed necessary by each tutor and insurance company (generally 7 years).
